The Children’s Center is an expression of the church’s concern for children and their families and operates within the context of Christian faith and values. We affirm that it is important for children to come to know and love God and to recognize themselves and others as children of God.
Our goal for each child includes an experience of acceptance and love, growth in self-understanding, learning to interact with others, an increasing awareness and knowledge of the beauty and diversity of the world. Our program stresses social, emotional, self-help and independence skills.
St. Michael’s Children’s Center was established in 2002 as a service to the community and is open to everyone who may benefit from our program, regardless of race, gender or religion.
We service children from 6 weeks to 5 years.
Our center is open Monday thru Friday 7:00A.M. to 6:00 P.M.
Under the guidance of qualified teachers, our school provides a program that considers the developmental needs of the child and emphasizes growth in all areas– physical, social, emotional, spiritual and cognitive.
Our Programs-Infant/Toddler and Pre-school each have their own unique qualities.
The director will be happy to explain each program when you visit our center.
